Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

sector .To analyze HUMAN DEVELOPMENT in the hospital and to address the major variables which play a crucial role in this DEVELOPMENT, in particular planning and educating of the hospital manpower. In a fundamentaland descriptive research, researcher has tried to examine the key factors influencing HUMAN resource DEVELOPMENT in the hospital. Four factors includingcapital, manpower, equipment, and plan are the basic factors for DEVELOPMENTwhich, in addition to an intelhigent management, leads to. quality improvement of the hospital services, increasing the .clientless satisfaction, and managing the hospital more economically. Allocating necessary funds and designing a strategic planning and educating the hospital manpower can lead to the lead to quality ,improvement in quality of hospital services, increasing the clientless satisfaction, and managing the hospital more economically.

Objective & Method: To evaluate the role of team learning in the DEVELOPMENT of HUMAN RESOURCES by using areview of literature. Results & Conclusion: Although knowledge and individual learning is the source for organizational DEVELOPMENT and creating competetive advantages, but this can be sustained if learning happens as the results of interactions in the group. In the learning organization, almost all the critical decisions are being made in the groups, and they act as the learning units. This makes continuos learning as a necessity for them. Developing group learning in the organization fully depends on our knowledge of psychology of learning, different methods of transferring knowledge and group learning.

Abstract: 

THIS PAPER OUTLINES SOME EFFECTIVE MODERN METHODS AS WELL AS A FEW OTHERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN THE WORLD AND COULD ALSO RELATE TO THE IRANIAN AND ISLAMIC CULTURE. TO DATE, MANY PAPERS HAVE BEEN PRESENTED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN IRAN. HOWEVER, THERE WAS LESS ATTENTION PAID TO THE LOCAL AND CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS BASED ON THE IRANIAN AND ISLAMIC CULTURE. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO REINVENT THE WHEEL, BUT ONE CAN ALWAYS OPTIMIZE THE DESIGN OF TIRES AND OTHER PARTS OF IT. OF COURSE, ANY PAPER INCLUDING THIS ONE COULD BE MADE BETTER, SO ALL CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS AND SUGGESTIONS ARE QUITE WELCOMED. Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to examine the various dimensions of the HUMAN DEVELOPMENT index in different cities of the province and compare it with the average values of the country. Also, changes in the dimensions of this index have been investigated between 2011 and 2016. The results of this indicator in 2016 showed that life expectancy index is lower than the average of the country, so that the average life expectancy in Iran is 75. 6 years, but in the province is 73. 67 years. Also the average years of study for the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari population are 7. 23 years which is less than the average of the country (8. 8), Also, the expected years of study with a 14. 45 years average for this province is less than the average of country (14. 8). The income index calculated on the basis of the national annual income index is not calculated separately for this province and is derived from the same national data, which shows that in the period under study, due to lack of economic growth, per capita national income has decreased. Measuring the HUMAN DEVELOPMENT index, shows that the value of this index in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province has increased from 0. 697 in 2011 to 0. 740 in 2016. The HDI of Iran is also increased from 0. 755 to 0. 774 in this period of time. In general, the HUMAN DEVELOPMENT index in Chaharmahal Bakhtiari province is lower than the average of the country.

Abstract: 

Nowadays most organizations seek to promote their employees' efficiency and achieve the best pattern to set their high organizational goals. In this paper it has been tried to recognize FATEB HUMAN RESOURCES pathology indicators and standards, categorizing them in three groups of structural, behavioral, and domain losses in order to analyzing their impacts on organization's performance.The descriptive was applied to identify elements influencing HUMAN RESOURCES pathology. Statistical population was all employees of FATEB that 150 person were randomly selected to perform prepared test. The results reveal that the vulnerability includes structural elements (interview & employment, assignment, promotion, performance assessment) and behavioral elements (motivation, job satisfaction, organizational culture and job security) and lowest losses are pertaining to domain category.
